Growth Marketer

Remote (Europe) | Full-time

We are looking for a Growth Marketer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will own and drive our growth marketing strategy, designing and executing campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospects across the education sector. You’ll play a key role in building a scalable, high-performing pipeline that supports revenue growth. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute EDT&Partners’ growth marketing strategy to drive brand visibility, pipeline growth, and revenue acceleration.
  • Define and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for key target audiences and segments.
  • Design and deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, events, and other platforms to capture and generate demand.
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing and VP of Growth to tailor and implement growth marketing campaigns for specific regions and audiences.
  • Align growth marketing activities with broader marketing strategies and company-level OKRs, collaborating closely with the VP of Marketing and Head of Marketing Operations.
  • Build and optimize high-converting prospect journeys that accelerate the path from lead to paying customer.
  • Plan and execute email marketing initiatives for internal (company newsletters) and external (client and partner communications) audiences.
  • Drive traffic and improve website conversion paths to increase high-quality consultation requests.
  • Track, analyze, and report on growth marketing performance, applying insights to maximize impact across the funnel.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution of marketing-generated opportunities in the CRM.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in growth marketing or demand generation.
  • Strong track record of building and executing full-funnel, multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Notion).
  • Solid understanding of marketing attribution models and proven ability to measure demand generation ROI.
  • Search engine optimization skills are a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Based in Europe and able to work effectively during European time zones.
  • Background, experience, or interest in education, technology, or AI is a plus.

As EDT&Partners continues to grow, we are looking to welcome a Finance Specialist (Accounting & Cash Management) to join our Finance team.
This role will be part of a growing finance function and will support the company’s financial operations, working closely with internal teams and external partners to help build reliable and scalable finance processes as the organization continues to expand.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive professional who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, collaborating with different stakeholders, and contributing to the continuous improvement of financial operations. Strong communication skills, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to solve problems efficiently are key to success in this role.


Your mission: To ensure solid financial management by supporting accounting activities and optimizing cash flow operations, contributing to reliable reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the company’s day-to-day financial operations, including accounting processes, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage payments and collections, and help maintain healthy liquidity and treasury planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (banks, advisors, auditors) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement of financial processes.
  • Contribute to monthly and year-end closings, financial analysis, and the development of efficient finance procedures in a growing environment.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should have availability to occasionally work from our Valencia (VLC) office.
